Information submitted through the claim form

When you submit a claim or correction, we collect the listing identifier, your name, role, email, phone number, and the notes you provide. We use this information to review your relationship to the business, respond to the request, and update the listing when appropriate.

Service providers

Claim information may be processed by service providers that host the website or manage business communications. We only connect the claim form to a customer relationship management provider after its webhook has been configured.

Cookies and tracking

This version of the site does not include advertising pixels, analytics scripts, chat widgets, or account cookies.
